Where does JJSportsGear ship?
We currently ship within the United States and to supported U.S. territories and military addresses available at checkout. International shipping is not currently available.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is authorized. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
What shipping options are available?
Standard Shipping costs $8 and has an estimated transit time of 7–10 business days after shipment. Eligible orders of $70 or more receive free Standard Shipping. Express Shipping costs $15 and has an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after shipment. Available methods and final rates are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address or phone number provided with your order after it ships. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the label is created.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
What is your return policy?
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Products must be new, unused, unworn, and returned with their original packaging and tags. Customers are responsible for standard return shipping unless an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
How will I receive my refund?
After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly at support@jjsportsgear.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, shipping package, and label. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
How do I choose the right size?
Review the sizing information provided on the product page before ordering. Because sizing can vary by product, compare the listed measurements with an item you already own when possible. Contact us if you need help before placing your order.
How should I care for my products?
Follow the care instructions shown on the product label, packaging, or product page. Care requirements vary by material and product. Improper washing, drying, storage, or use may damage the item.
Are payments secure?
Our store is hosted by Shopify, and payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. JJSportsGear does not generally store complete payment card numbers.
