We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving it.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- New, unused, and unworn
- In the same condition in which it was received
- In its original packaging with all original tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and components
- Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase
Items that show signs of wear, use, installation, washing, damage caused after delivery, or missing packaging or components may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Before sending an item back, please contact us at (213) 851-6058 to request return instructions and authorization.
Do not send products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Please package the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong item.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. If we confirm the issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or otherwise required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at (213) 851-6058.
Please keep the item, its original packaging, and all included materials. We may ask for photographs or other information so that we can evaluate the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective, or a return is required by applicable law:
- Used, worn, washed, altered, or installed products
- Products missing original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, or components
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as final sale

Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different item, size, or model is to return the original eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.
Refunds
We will inspect your return after it is received. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
We will notify you if the return or refund cannot be approved. Shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refunded except where stated in this policy or required by law.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has shipped. If the order has already shipped, it must follow the return process described above.
