Track Your Order

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Open the message and select the tracking link to view the latest carrier updates.

Tracking Not Available Yet?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is authorized. Tracking information may take additional time to appear after a shipping label is created or the carrier receives the package.

Estimated Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping: approximately 7–10 business days after shipment
• Express Shipping: approximately 5–8 business days after shipment

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and do not include order-processing time. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, address issues, and deliveries to military addresses or U.S. territories may cause delays.

Tracking Shows Delivered, but the Package Is Missing

Please check around the delivery location, ask household members or building staff, confirm the shipping address on your order, and contact the carrier for delivery details. If the package still cannot be located, contact JJSportsGear so we can review the available shipment information.
